As the former attorney for the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the Southern District of California, I have been involved with thousands of consumer bankruptcy cases. Fees: There is no fee for the initial consultation. My fees are determined by the services provided. My services are conducted on an hourly or flat fee basis which is discussed at the time of my initial interview. There are no hidden fees or costs.
